Cancellation & Refund Policy for Marketing Mania Service Payments

At Marketing Mania, we value our clients and strive to provide the best marketing and branding services. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellations and refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which cancellations and refunds are processed.

1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Service Cancellation by Client

Clients may request to cancel a service before the commencement of the project or ongoing work.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [insert email address] with the subject line “Service Cancellation Request – [Your Project Name]”.

If the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing an order and before the project has begun, a full refund will be issued.

If the project has already commenced but is less than 50% completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.

If the project is 50% or more completed, no refunds will be provided.
1.2 Cancellation by Marketing Mania

Marketing Mania, under the leadership of Rahul Upadhyay, reserves the right to cancel a project or service at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

Non-cooperation from the client.

Non-payment or delayed payment beyond the agreed-upon terms.

Violation of our terms and conditions.

In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be issued based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

A cancellation request is received within the eligible time frame as mentioned above.

The service delivered is significantly different from what was promised in the service agreement.

A technical issue or error from our side prevents us from fulfilling the service as agreed upon.

2.2 Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once initiated:

Digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, Google ads, and influencer marketing.

Branding and design services, once the initial draft has been shared.

SEO services after the first optimization has been implemented.

Website development services after approval of the initial design.

Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client, including software, domain purchases, hosting, or paid tools.

2.3 Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction.

Any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway or bank will be deducted from the refunded amount.
3. Dispute Resolution

If a client is dissatisfied with our services, we encourage them to first contact us at [insert contact email] to resolve the issue amicably.

If the issue cannot be resolved, disputes will be subject to mediation and arbitration under applicable laws in Bengaluru, India.
