At Marketing Mania, we strive to offer a seamless and secure payment experience for our clients. This Payment Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, billing procedures, security measures, and other important details regarding payments. By making a payment to Rahul Upadhyay/ Marketing Mania, you agree to abide by this policy.

1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following online payment methods:

Razorpay – Supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Cashfree – Enables multiple payment options, including UPI, credit/ debit cards. bank transfers, and wallets.

PayPal – Available for international clients for secure transactions.

Other Online Payment Modes – Including bank transfers (IMPS, NEFT, RTGS), Google Pay, and PhonePe.
1.1 Currency & Transaction Charges

All transactions are processed in INR (Indian Rupees) for domestic clients and USD (United States Dollars) or other applicable currencies for international clients.

Clients are responsible for any applicable transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank fees imposed by their payment provider.
2. Payment Terms & Billing
2.1 Advance Payments

Clients are required to make an initial advance payment before the commencement of services. The advance payment percentage varies based on the type of service:

Branding & Design Services: 50% upfront payment, remaining upon project completion.

Website Development & SEO Services: 50% upfront, 30% after the first milestone, and 20% upon completion.

Digital Marketing Services (Google Ads, Social Media Ads, etc.): 100% advance payment before campaign execution.

2.2 Invoice & Due Date

Upon confirming a project, an invoice will be generated and sent via email.

Payments must be completed within 7 days from the invoice date unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to a 2% late fee per week after the due date.
2.3 Recurring & Subscription Payments

For monthly, quarterly, or annual subscription-based services (e.g., digital marketing, SEO, content marketing), payments must be made before the renewal date to avoid service interruptions.

If payment is not received within 7 days after the renewal date, the service may be paused or terminated.
3. Security & Fraud Prevention
At Marketing Mania, led by Rahul Upadhyay, we prioritize the security of all financial transactions.

All payments made via Razorpay, Cashfree, and PayPal are secured with encryption and comply with PCI DSS standards.

We do not store credit/debit card details or payment credentials on our servers.

If suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to hold or cancel the transaction and request additional verification from the client.
4. Refunds & Chargebacks

Payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where a refund is explicitly mentioned in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in legal action and permanent service termination.

If a client has a billing issue, they must contact us at buzz@marketingmania.in before raising a dispute with the payment provider.
5. Taxes & Compliance

Applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) or other local/international taxes will be included in the invoice.

Clients are responsible for complying with their local tax regulations for cross-border payments.
6. Policy Amendments

Rahul Upadhyay and the Marketing Mania team reserve the right to modify this payment policy at any time without prior notice.
